Can you tell I’m excited? I love school holidays. I get to sleep in. I get to spend time with my kiddies, and I get to stay up late writing.
And of course it’s almost Christmas and I get to see extended family as well.
This Christmas, I have a brand new short story for you. You all loved Claimed and my Morgath so much, when my publisher asked for short story submissions for the holidays I jumped at the chance to give you all a little something.
Th Alian’s Holiday Gift will be available on eXtasy Books from the 18th of December. In fact there will be a new holiday story available on eXtasy every day leading up to Christmas.
And as you can see from the images to the left or above if you’re on a mobile device I have an extra cover there too.
I got bit! Well and truly.
After writing and releasing Claimed I wasn’t sure what I wanted to write next so I spent a bit of time editing and tidying up Amber Dreams which I want to rerelease as a single book the way it was written, and a story idea I have had circling around in my mind for a while pushed its way forward and shouted write me!
So my pretty cover is a mock up I did to get a bit of a feel for the story and because I love playing in GIMP.
I don’t know if my publisher will accept it yet, but as soon as I know, I will let you all know.
Oh and in case you didn’t notice my website has undergone a makeover again. I’m happy with it now. Well at least for a while. No seriously, I mean it. (Actually hubby has laid down the law and commanded I stop playing and start writing, becuase he’s read the first 4 scenes of my new story and he wants to read the rest.)
That’s it from me on this fine (read: hot and dry) day. I have a proposal to write!
